Kate Frank

Kate Frank is the Production & Administrative Assistant at Rigsby Search Group. Kate is passionate about helping others within their career, as well as being an advocate for the environmental community. Prior to joining RSG, Kate has been an Administrative Assistant in the Medical Field for 5+ years. Kate is an organizational leader and an excellent multitasker where some of her strengths include database management, events, and scheduling, working with multiple departments, and onboarding and reporting just to name a few.

Kate enjoys working together as a team. “I believe the key to great success is communication, listening, and understanding our client’s and candidate’s wants and needs. I enjoy being part of something that will have an impact on a person’s life. I am a people person, who loves meeting new people and getting to know them. I am currently working on getting my certificate as a life coach. When not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends.”
